About William Roberts, LMFT

I help individuals and couples change their relationship with alcohol, drugs, and each other—without years of therapy.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience in addiction and mental health treatment. I’ve worked in nearly every level of care, from early recovery support to clinical therapy and program leadership, helping people move from feeling stuck to making real, lasting changes.

My approach is direct, practical, and focused on results. I use Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help you identify what needs to change and start making progress quickly. Many clients begin to see meaningful improvement within weeks and complete therapy in 3–6 months.

I work with individuals navigating substance use, whether your goal is harm reduction, moderation, or sobriety. I also help couples rebuild trust, improve communication, and move forward after conflict or substance use issues.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.
You just need a place to begin—and a plan that works.
